It dawned on me that although I make quite a few memorial pieces for pets that have passed we haven't made that obvious on the website, so you can see a collection for Pet Cremation Ash Jewellery is live.
The image above is our Alys, a lovely Hungarian Vizlar, that we lost at the beginning of this year. This photo is when she came to a show I was exhibiting my horse hair jewellery at, I think it was Pembrokeshire County Show. She proceeded to steal my chair all day. I think this was the only way I got to sit down was for her to be on my lap. She was a lovely dog a friend to all the family and we do miss her wagging tail bashing our legs, radiators, cupboards daily.
Anyway back to the business of jewellery...
Of course any cremation ash jewellery item we make can house the ash of any person or animal, I just guess that the website seems to speak a lot about humans and not our four legged friends.
So apart from all our lovely ashes in glass jewellery, hidden ash jewellery and vessels we can also engrave paw prints, nose impressions anything that is personal to you and your animal on our engraving areas. We do not offer photo engraving at the moment as we do not feel its a good enough offering.
The process is easy, you can take your own paw print at home or sometimes the vest take them when we have to say the final good night. Simply take a photo of that from your phone and upload it when you place your order. Then we do some digital wizardry and voila its on your item.
We are also putting together some hair keepsake and jewellery items that will be on the website in April as an alternative option to cremation ash jewellery.
I hope that you an your 4 legged friends are all well and you are not indeed of this service but also please remember that when that time comes we can indeed help you honour them and keep them close to you for ever.
