Exciting news just in, that we have teamed up with Klarna to bring you flexible payment options at the check out. We appreciate this isn't an "every day" jewellery purchase and that because this brings a larger price tag than most high street jewellery, working with them should make the payment process a little better for your wallet. Klarna offer a number of different purchase options but the Pay in 3 installments is certainly their most popular.
If you haven't already got a Klarna account then it is really easy to set one up when you are at the checkout. Be sure to read all their terms and conditions fully, the sales contract with with us Ashes by Victoria but once you have hit pay for the item the financial side will be with Klarna. We still have the same process with you and you will receive an Ashes Pack and you completed jewellery within 4 weeks (unless stated otherwise) and all your after care and correspondence is with ourselves. You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days and receive a refund. However, once the ash is with us and we start hand making your items you then need to refer to our refund policy on cancelations.
