Shipping policy

All shipping is free with our service. It is a fully tracked service with your jewellery items tracked and insured for the value of the cost to make. Shipping notifications are sent when the items leave our premises with tracking codes. We will inform you when your items arrive safely with us. We are not responsible for the transportation of your cremation ash or other precious items, we only provide the means of delivery service through a third party.

If you wish to send us a whole casket or large heavy items we do require you to provide your own shipping / postage as these are are not included as standard within our shipping  and postage costs. We can advise you on which companies to use.
